Meet Kole Finley
We don’t start with what’s wrong. We start with what’s possible.
Coaching with me begins with who you are, what is already working, and what you want to create next.
Schedule a Conversation About CoachingMy coaching philosophy
You bring more to the conversation than you may realize.
I believe people usually know more about themselves than they give themselves credit for. What you have learned, handled, chosen, and built already matters.
You and I look at what is working, what experience has taught you, and what matters now. That gives us a place to stand as we consider what you want to explore, change, or create.
You and I also look honestly at obstacles and assumptions. A familiar pattern may be limiting a choice. A difficult conversation may need a different approach. Those things are useful information, not a verdict on who you are.
Then we turn understanding into choices.
What are you motivated to pursue? What could you try next? Together, we choose an action that gives you useful information, then learn from the results. Sometimes that means a decision or a conversation; sometimes it means testing a small change before making a larger one.
I will share what I notice and challenge your thinking when it needs a harder look. I will not hand you a formula for your life. You remain the person who decides what fits and what to do next.
Seeing existing strengths differently
“She helped me see my skills in a different way”
After years in restaurant management, Tuan recognized the value of his experience and moved into a new role as Director of Catering.
Who I am
I’ve spent my career helping people grow into what comes next.
I’m Kole Finley. I’ve been a manager, director, CEO, and coach. At Microsoft, Blockbuster Video, Krispy Kreme, and Keller Williams, I saw people learn new roles, carry responsibility, navigate uncertainty, and make decisions that affected others.
That experience taught me that capable people do not always need another set of instructions. Often they need room to think, an honest partner, and a way to put what they know into practice. Across my career, I have coached approximately 1,300 people. I learned to listen for the strengths someone may overlook and the question that could change how they see a situation.
My education sharpened how I think about learning, people, and the choices we make. My leadership and coaching experience taught me to meet the person in front of me, not a template.

Working with me
You can speak plainly here.
I listen closely, ask direct questions, and tell you what I notice. I care about you enough to be honest, and I respect you enough to leave your choices in your hands.
Some conversations bring out an assumption you had not named. Others help you prepare for a decision, practice a conversation, or see an option you had set aside. We make room for the whole situation, then decide what is useful to do.
I bring structure and experience. You bring the knowledge of your own life. We work together, and what you try between sessions matters as much as what we say in them.

“Her collaborative approach makes our sessions feel like a true partnership”
The point is for you to trust your own judgment more.
Good coaching helps you make decisions you can stand behind, take action, and use what you learn to create what comes next. If that sounds useful, let’s talk about what you want to explore, change, or build.
